How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. We also send the driver's name, photo and WhatsApp number the day before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so the pickup time adjusts automatically. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
Can you transfer us directly to the start of a safari?
Yes. Many travellers land and head straight to their first lodge. We plan the route, stops and timing as part of your itinerary.
How do I book and pay?
