Visa Processing Assistance
Skip the paperwork stress. We guide you through Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya visas, including the East Africa Tourist Visa, before you fly.
Which visa do you need?
Most visitors to East Africa need a visa, and all three of our countries now use online (eVisa) systems. We tell you exactly which permit fits your trip and handle the confusing parts of the application with you.
If you are visiting two or more of Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya on one journey, the East Africa Tourist Visa (EATV) usually saves money and time: one application, ninety days, multiple entries across all three countries.

How our assistance works
- We confirm the right visa for your nationality and route
- We send a simple checklist of documents and photo requirements
- We review your application before you submit it
- We track the approval and send the result to your inbox
- On arrival, our driver walks you through immigration
Visa FAQs
How long does an East African eVisa take?
Plan for 3 to 7 working days for Uganda and Kenya, and around 3 working days for Rwanda. We recommend applying at least two weeks before you travel.
What does the East Africa Tourist Visa cost?
USD 100 per person, valid 90 days for Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya together with multiple entries. Single-country tourist visas are typically USD 50.
Do you apply on my behalf?
Immigration rules require the traveller to own the application, but we prepare everything with you, check it line by line and monitor the result, so nothing is missed.
What documents do I need?
Usually a passport valid 6+ months with a blank page, a passport photo, your itinerary or hotel booking, and a yellow fever certificate. We confirm the exact list for your nationality.
